Norwegian Food Cooking Class

The month of activities about Norway is coming to an end. The cooking class was a huge success. Marit baked typical meat and vegetarian cakes, which the participants enjoyed.

The cinnamon rolls, by Irene, Vanda and Hilde, were still in the oven when the photo was taken. The warm, fragant rolls were accompied by an almond sponge custard cake. Absolutely delicious.
The next cooking class will be held in early December and will feature dishes from the USA. A debate is raging regarding the definition of the national cuisine.  Comments and volunteers for the event are welcome.
